Youth Leadership, Workforce Exposure, and Opportunity Pathway
A free youth experience for ages 14–18 that builds discipline, confidence, leadership, teamwork, fitness, communication, and workforce awareness.
Eligible youth ages 16–18 may also be connected to work-based learning, WIOA-supported opportunities, pre-apprenticeship, and apprenticeship pathways.

Free eight-session youth leadership and workforce exposure experience for ages 14–18.

Through separate workforce partners, eligible participants may qualify for incentives of up to $500. Eligibility and incentive amounts are not guaranteed.
