Trifecta is a workforce development program that serves young adults 18 and up by offering entrepreneurial/career fairs, job training/readiness, and year-round community engagement activities. We combine on-the-job training, and classroom instruction for those interested in returning to work since the impact of the pandemic. Our primary goal is to remove the childcare and transportation barrier for families willing to return to the workforce.
